**CONTRACT**

This is a contract between Kelly-Lynn Allison Beach and Kacey-Lee Evelyn Beach which discussed the use of Kelly's CD's. Kacey has rented:

1. Dance Mix '95
2. Live "Throwing Copper"
3. Goo Goo Dolls "A Boy Named Goo"
4. Reality Bites Soundtrack
5. Smashing Pumpkins "Siamese Dream"
6. Soundgarden "Superunknown"
7. A Mix Tape

Kacey agrees to renting the cd's for 50 cents each and the tape for 25 cents. If any damages shall occur to the CD's, Kacey agrees to pay for the damages.

A broken CD shall result in a new CD to be purchased.
A scratch on the CD shall result in a 25 cent damage fee.
A ship on the CD shall result in a new CD.

Both parties agree to these terms and agree to follow them.

A $5.00 fee shall result in failure to respect the terms.
